As an athlete and later a fitness professional for over a decade, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds. But the true beginning of HappyFit started during a difficult season in my own life — one where everything felt heavy, unpredictable, and out of control.
It was in that season that I learned something important: the habits we choose — even the small ones — can give us back our power. Staying active, keeping a routine, nourishing my body… those were the things that helped me feel grounded, capable, and in control again.
